14-day exchange

Exchange or return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and with the invoice.

How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with your order number.
2. We’ll book a courier pickup with you.
3. Once the item is checked we send the replacement or refund you.

Refunds

Refunds are made within 7 working days using the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to a wallet or InstaPay.

Non-returnable items

Underwear, personal swimwear and products whose hygiene seal has been opened.
